1. Before course materials are accessed
A student may request a full refund before signing into the purchased course, opening restricted materials, taking an assessment, downloading substantive course resources, receiving an Instructor-Guided Preparation invitation or study plan, or otherwise using the purchased service. The six-calendar-month course term still begins when payment succeeds.
2. Seven-day limited course refund
After access is issued, a student may request a course refund within seven calendar days of purchase only if the student has not completed more than 10 percent of the course, taken a scored practice examination, downloaded a substantial portion of restricted course materials, shared credentials, or violated the Acceptable Use and Course License Policy.
Lift Right may review portal, Classroom, download, and assessment records reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds return the amount paid for the eligible Lift Right course purchase, subject to the original payment method and processor timing.
3. Technical non-delivery
If a student cannot access purchased content because of a verified Lift Right-controlled technical problem, the student must contact support and allow up to three business days for a reasonable cure. If Lift Right cannot restore materially equivalent access, the student may request a refund for the undelivered portion.
4. Nonrefundable circumstances
- Requests made after the applicable deadline
- Completed or substantially consumed course access
- A scored practice examination has been taken
- Credential sharing, copying, redistribution, or other policy violation
- Failure to pass, qualify for, schedule, attend, or complete an external examination
- External examination, application, travel, employer, equipment, or credentialing costs not collected by Lift Right
- Temporary maintenance or third-party interruption that is restored within a reasonable period
5. Bundles and separate features
A course bundle is treated as one discounted purchase. Accessing any included course counts toward bundle usage. Lift Right may deny a bundle refund if usage exceeds the limits above. Instructor-Guided Preparation is a separate product delivered through Google Classroom and is not part of a course bundle unless an order confirmation expressly says otherwise. Refund eligibility for each separately purchased product is evaluated based on access, submitted work, feedback, meetings, and usage of that product.
6. Consulting and company training
Consulting, private company training, deposits, travel, and custom deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or signed agreement rather than this consumer course policy.
7. How to request a refund
Email john@liftright-training.com with the purchaser’s name, purchase email, course, transaction date, and reason for the request. Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive identification documents by email. Lift Right will confirm receipt and may request information reasonably needed to locate the transaction.
8. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any nonwaivable right or remedy available under applicable law. Lift Right may make exceptions when required by law or when it determines an exception is appropriate based on documented circumstances.
