1. Personal study license
A paid enrollment grants the identified student a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access the purchased course for six calendar months from successful payment, subject to the Terms and Refund Policy, for personal educational use only. No ownership interest is transferred.
2. Account security
- Use only your assigned account and entitlement
- Keep credentials and Classroom invitations private
- Do not allow another person to access, complete, or take an assessment through your account
- Notify Lift Right promptly if credentials may be compromised
3. Prohibited copying and distribution
- Recording, photographing, screen-capturing, downloading, copying, republishing, selling, licensing, posting, or distributing course materials except where a download is expressly provided for personal use
- Sharing answer keys, practice banks, portal pages, videos, slides, or Classroom materials
- Removing copyright, trademark, attribution, access-control, or security notices
- Using course content to build, train, evaluate, or populate another commercial course, question bank, AI system, or competing product
4. Exam integrity
Do not submit, request, upload, reproduce, memorize for redistribution, or solicit actual or recalled examination questions or other protected examination content. Lift Right practice questions must be used as study aids and must not be represented as actual examination questions.
5. Technical misuse
- Scraping, crawling, automated extraction, bulk downloading, or bypassing access controls
- Reverse engineering, probing, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access
- Uploading malware, abusive content, confidential employer information, or unlawful material
- Using bots or automation to complete assessments, falsify progress, or impersonate another student
6. Safety restrictions
Course and AI content may not be used as the sole basis for an actual crane operation, rigging decision, lift plan, engineering decision, equipment configuration, or safety-critical calculation. Always verify against current authoritative sources and qualified supervision.
7. Enforcement
Lift Right may investigate suspected misuse and may limit or suspend access during an investigation. Confirmed misuse may result in termination without refund, preservation of relevant records, notice to an employer or affected rights holder when lawful and appropriate, and pursuit of available remedies.
8. Reporting concerns
Report suspected credential compromise, infringement, unsafe content, or misuse to john@liftright-training.com. Include enough information to investigate, but do not email payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or protected examination content.
